“Thank you so much again for your workshops – it really made our week and the children have not stopped talking about it all. Your work made a really lasting impact and it was so rewarding to see even our more reluctant characters not only engaged and inspired but joining in.”

Year 5/6 teacher, Sporle Primary School, Norfolk

Thank you for a fantastic day of Morris Dancing yesterday, thank you so much! The children absolutely loved your sessions. You have also inspired the teachers as we plan to include Morris Dancing as part of our PE curriculum next year! Your enthusiasm, energy and teaching was top class!

Morris Dancing Workshop, Rachel Miles, Mulbarton Infant School, Norfolk

The Y1 and Y2 teachers told me that the children really enjoyed taking part and both teachers could see the benefits. The children were buzzing when they came back and have mentioned what fun it was on several occasions. I loved seeing my Early Years class getting so involved. Even the more shy, reluctant children were drawn in and I could see they were thoroughly enjoying it. Introducing skills in such an entertaining way meant that the children really wanted to take part and afterwards they brought what they had learnt into the outside area – lots of children moving and ‘dancing’ with their ribbons. We even had a ‘show’! I posted videos and pictures on our on-line Learning Journals and the parents have responded with “Wow, what great moves!” and “This is wonderful, all the children did really well” A really valuable, positive experience for all of the children.

Feedback following a full day of Fireworks Workshops with Reception Yr1 and Yr2, Penelope Lumb - Magdalen Gates Primary School

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with your dance lesson for our Year 1 and 2 class. The children thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and the superb quality of your teaching and demonstration ensures that every child, even those that are reluctant to join in are soon enjoying themselves and taking part. Your behaviour management of the children was a joy to behold, even some of our more tricky customers, responded exceedingly well to your calm manner and clear boundaries. The children really made huge progress in the lesson and I was amazed at how much they achieved. It was not just the children though, I found myself really learning from watching you teach and it was a fabulous development opportunity that I would recommend to any school, thinking of employing a specialist teacher.

Winter wonderland – a magical snowy journey starting with the story of the snowman. Children have fun with sparkles and pretend snow, making snowmen, skating in the park, and playing with snowballs.

The Night before Christmas – bringing the story to life with the children’s imagination, a chance to pretend to be Santa and a reindeer. See the children’s eyes light up as they pretend to open presents. A magical must!

The Christmas fairy – some children are wary of Father Christmas but everyone loves a Fairy! See the Christmas Fairy, from the top of the Christmas tree, come to life and play with the children before returning to the top of the tree ready for Christmas. more information
